I exclusively use doTERRA brand essential oils for myself, my family, and my clients. I have been studying these oils since 2015 and have experienced a deeper level of transformation by incorporating them into my coaching practice. I love how essential oils can support our physical and emotional wellbeing!
Frequency Optimization
Another component of my coaching is using sound and frequency balancing. I personally love and use the AO Scanner by Solex to help balance my moods and bring my body into optimal alignment.
Energy Protection
I wear Magnetude Jewelry to counteract the harmful effects of Electro Magnetic Fields (EMFs) created from sources such as WIFI and cell phones, which are pretty unavoidable these days but I feel safer knowing I am doing what I can to protect my own field. The jewelry is endlessly customizable, which I love.
